Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Tampa seeks a Vice President, Capacity Planning & Analytics to lead long-range workforce planning for our contact center and to build advanced analytics capabilities that guide data-driven decisions across business lines.

You will own forecasting, staffing, and capacity models, translate insights for executives, drive efficiency, and ensure service levels while managing costs. The role partners with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Technology to align priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading forecasting and staffing in a multi-line business.
• Proven ability to develop demand forecasts and strategic workforce plans.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with large datasets and analytics tooling.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL/R/SAS and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast, staffing, and capacity models across contact channels.
• Develop scenario-based forecasts and what-if analyses.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
