Orion Solutions Group, a privately held logistics company based in North Carolina, is seeking a VP Finance to lead the accounting and finance function. The role involves strengthening internal controls, building scalable processes, and partnering with ownership and operations as the company expands through organic growth and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior finance roles, CPA preferred, and a track record of leading teams in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience (10+ years).
• Experience as Controller, VP of Finance or similar role with broader scope.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
• Experience building financial processes and internal controls in a dynamic environment.
• Experience partnering with owners, executives and operations leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting and finance function, reporting to CEO.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, banking and audit relationships.
• Develop scalable accounting organization and internal controls; centralize billing as planned.
• Support acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
