Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for Roc Nation, to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. You will partner withFinance and business leaders across departments, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes variance analysis, KPI development, and proactive process improvements, with close collaboration across Roc Nation and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years FP&A experience with proven success.
• Strong modeling and forecasting with attention to detail.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools experience.
• Able to communicate across departments.
• Strategic mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, variance analysis, and monthly reporting.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Manage spend tracking, reporting, and analytics.
• Support operational reporting like pacing and royalty reconciliation.
• Develop KPIs to help the business meet objectives.
• Present forecasts to senior finance and leaders.
• Improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Provide support for Roc Nation and subsidiaries.
