Locked In Talent, a well-established Gulf Coast services business, is seeking a strategic VP of Finance to own FP&A, build financial models, and partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives. You will lead a small finance team and drive data-driven insights to support pricing, profitability, and expansion efforts.

The role focuses on long-range planning, M&A evaluation, and improving reporting capabilities as the company scales across multiple Gulf Coast locations.

• 8–15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Controller role. We are looking for a strategic, forward‑thinking VP of Finance who will own financial planning and analysis, drive business insights, and partner closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives.

You’ll lead a small team and play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, operational performance, and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision‑making
• Partner with leadership to drive data‑driven insights across operations, pricing, and profitability
