Job summary

Nbutexas, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a VP of Finance to guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy. This onsite leadership role partners with executives, investors, and cross-functional teams to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Ideal candidates bring senior finance leadership experience, a solid FP&A background, and an MBA or equivalent. ERP proficiency, especially NetSuite, is preferred to enable streamlined financial reporting and performance

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience (VP Finance, Director of Finance, or similar)
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy
• MBA or equivalent advanced business/finance degree preferred
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial teams
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred but not required)

Location: Pacific Northwest

Compensation: $200,000 base + target bonus up to 20% + exceptional benefits

The VP of Finance will work closely with leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams across vineyard operations, hospitality, and sales. The ideal candidate brings strong financial expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine curiosity about how the business operates.

VP of Finance Key Responsibilities
