Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a VP of Finance in Westbrook, onsite. This leadership role will own the full finance function, from planning and forecasting to reporting, with direct line to the CEO.

The ideal candidate has a CPA and 5+ years in senior finance leadership, GAAP expertise, and the ability to drive strategic decisions. Up to $150k salary plus experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR/AP, ERP systems, and inventory/material management functions.
• Coordinate financial audits and drive internal control improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with department leaders on long-term business planning.
• Build, coach, and develop the finance team.
