Job summary

Endeavor Schools, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Enrichment Programs to own the enrichment P&L, shape the portfolio, and drive scalable, high-impact programs across our network. You will work with Regional Directors and School Leaders to implement a multi-year plan that strengthens health, safety, licensing compliance, and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-site operations leadership.
• Proven ownership of P&L and program outcomes across multiple sites.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-year enrichment strategy covering in-house programs, third-party partners, and pricing/packaging.
• Evaluate new programs with a clear business case: family demand, pricing, margin, staffing impact, and fit with the school day.
• Lead change management so new programs and standards are adopted and sustained across sites, coaching School Leaders on scheduling and enrollment.
• Own the enrichment P&L and deliver annual revenue and contribution margin targets in partnership with FP&A.
• Source, negotiate, and manage enrichment partners and ensure compliance with licensing and background checks.
