Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• 5+ years leading engineering, manufacturing, quality, or operations teams.
• Proven success in leading small tech-driven companies through early-stage commercialization and scale-up.
• Strong technical foundation across engineering disciplines (mechanical, process, chemical, production, quality, industrial, electrical, electronics, materials).
• Experience installing KPIs and driving operational excellence.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Engineering and Operations functions, fostering accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and processes to enhance predictability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in leading small, technology-driven companies through early-stage commercialization and scale-up.
• Strong technical foundation in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience installing KPIs and driving operational excellence.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills in fast-paced environments.
