Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a global team in building the world’s most powerful AI-driven offensive security platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will align with product management to execute technology initiatives enabling rapid growth.

You will own architecture, drive scalable, secure delivery, and foster innovation while mentoring engineers across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
15+ years in software development with 5+ years in building SaaS cybersecurity products.
Experience establishing engineering standards and AI-assisted development practices.
Experience leading distributed international engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a global team of engineers to build a scalable AI-driven offensive security platform.
Own continuous improvements of existing offerings and build out new products.
Collaborate with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
Define the technical vision and architecture for scale, stability, and resiliency.
Drive engineering quality, security, and agile practices using AI technologies.
