Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive distribution and supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience operating company-owned DCs and managing 3PL providers.
• Proven success leading on-site warehouse operations and metrics.
• Executive-level leadership and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own distribution strategy and execution across warehousing and fulfillment.
• Lead 3PL relationships, facility oversight, and standard alignment.
• Govern 3PL partner network with selection, onboarding, and SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensure compliance, staffing, safety, and technology in 3PL sites.
• Drive cost efficiency, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
