KingsIsle Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead the Development organization across the studio’s game portfolio. You will oversee Game Development and Product, portfolio planning, resource allocation, and staffing, aligning with Marketing, Tech, and QA.

Reporting to the COO and executive leadership, you will shape development strategy, set priorities, manage capacity, and drive collaboration across leadership and partner departments to fuel studio growth.

Qualifikationen

• Development Leadership: Lead the Development organization across the studio’s game portfolio.
• Resource & Organizational Planning: Plan and allocate development resources across live products, new development, technical initiatives, and future projects.
• Portfolio & Development Planning: Evaluate and prioritize portfolio initiatives and development investments with Product and executive leadership.
• Executive Partnership: Partner with the COO and executive leadership on development strategy, organizational planning, staffing, budgeting, and capacity forecasting.
