Job summary

Everytable in Los Angeles is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead philanthropic fundraising efforts for a fast-growing social enterprise. This role reports to the CEO and requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can scale fundraising activities and build systems that propel impact.

Responsibilities include securing major gifts and grants, cultivating high-net-worth donors, and shaping a comprehensive development strategy with metrics and CRM-driven reporting via HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive fundraising and development experience.
• Proven track record in securing major gifts and grants.
• Entrepreneurial, scrappy mindset for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience building fundraising programs from the ground up.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fundraising efforts to secure major gifts, grants, and partnerships.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with foundations, donors, and corporate partners.
• Partner with the CEO on prospecting and high-level cultivation strategies.
• Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan with annual and multi-year goals.
• Track activity using HubSpot and report progress to leadership.
