Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with leadership experience at regional and national levels.
• Proven ability to secure institutional, philanthropic, public-sector, and investment funding.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year fundraising goals and strategies.
• Lead donor cultivation, campaigns, events, and partner with Marketing for cohesive messaging.
• Oversee grant lifecycle from identification to reporting and ensure compliance.
• Manage donor management systems and analyze fundraising performance and trends.
