Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association in Atlanta, GA seeks a Vice President of Development to drive revenue with executive leadership and volunteer guidance. You will cultivate corporate and community partnerships, coach a fundraising team, and guide mass market events and major gifts through a comprehensive development strategy.

Based in Georgia's chapter market, this full-time role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive compensation package. Extensive travel and evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales/business or related field.
• 7+ years proven leadership experience in peer-to-peer, fundraising, and other diversified fundraising programs.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community partnerships to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead development strategy to produce aggressive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor fundraising staff and volunteers toward best practices.
• Oversee programs for mass market events, corporate sponsorships, and major gifts.
• Represent the Chapter at meetings and special events.
• Travel within chapter territory as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
