Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive executive leadership experience in nonprofit development or fundraising.
• Proven track record in major gifts, donor engagement, and strategic fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to ensure organizational sustainability.
• Lead major donor cultivation, solicitations, and stewardship activities.
• Provide executive leadership for the fundraising team and report to the President/CEO.
