Qualifications

This role requires a creative leader with experience guiding design teams in a high-growth consumer brand.
Strong eye for apparel, color, and collection storytelling, with deep garment construction knowledge.
Proven ability to manage design development from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Translate brand vision into seasonal product strategy and collections.
Lead design, development, and lifecycle from concept to production.
Mentor a Design Associates team and foster a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain Mashburn aesthetic across men and women.
Oversee budgeting, cost, and factory partnerships to optimize margins.
