Job summary

Sid & Ann Mashburn, an Atlanta-based luxury apparel and lifestyle brand, seeks a VP of Design to lead design and product development for Ann Mashburn. You will work closely with Mrs. Mashburn and report to the EVP of Design & Product.

The role demands ownership from concept through production and performance, with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. Responsibilities include translating brand vision into seasonal strategy, building strong collections, preserving quality and service, and

Qualifications

Proven creative leader with experience at growth brands.
Experience designing multiple categories including apparel.
Strong sense of style and color; ability to create distinct Ann Mashburn collections.
Excellent presentation and storytelling for internal/external audiences.
Comfort with line plans, cost sheets, and margin reporting.

Responsibilities

Translate brand vision into seasonal product strategy.
Build collections that reflect the Mashburn aesthetic and drive financial goals.
Oversee design and product development from concept to production.
Lead and develop the design team; ensure quality and consistency across lines.
Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and factory partners to optimize the calendar and costs.
