Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or preferred.
• MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management, deposits, or membership growth within banking/fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with credit union products, policies, and operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Apple's deposit and membership products, services, and growth strategies.
• Oversee deposit product P&L, pricing, marketing strategy, and new product development.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, technology, vendors, and member services to promote solutions while ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Drive growth and profitability in the deposit portfolio and improve member acquisition and retention.
• Develop membership growth strategies and lead account-acquisition initiatives across target markets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, privacy, fair lending, and related requirements across deposits and memberships.
