Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union seeks a VP of Deposits and Membership in Fairfax, VA. You will lead the design, development, and profitability of deposit products and member programs to meet strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Product Development, Technology, and Field Teams to attract new members, grow balances, and improve retention through innovative solutions and exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, deposits, membership growth, or related field in banking/fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with credit union products, policies, procedures, and operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage deposit and membership portfolio P&L to drive growth, profitability, and member satisfaction.
• Coordinate balance-sheet planning, pricing, marketing strategy, product development, and financial analysis.
• Develop membership growth strategies and account-acquisition initiatives.
• Direct marketing and community outreach to strengthen brand and field-of-membership.
• Ensure compliance, privacy, fair lending, and related requirements across processes.
