Job summary

Ephrata National Bank is seeking a VP, Deposit Solutions Officer to lead three operations teams—Cash Management, Payment Operations, and Deposit Operations—driving strategy, product development, and service excellence in deposits and digital banking.

You will guide cross-functional projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and build leadership bench strength while aligning with ENB’s strategic objectives and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent experience in the financial industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience required, preferably within a Financial Institution.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in an operational environment at a Financial Institution.
• Technical knowledge and proficiency.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Demonstrates ability to effectively lead the employee life cycle process.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
• Comprehensive understanding of card services, wires, cash management, and online and mobile banking processing needs and requirements.
• Thorough understanding of core banking systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level leadership and strategic direction, ensuring teams achieve operational excellence through clear priorities and performance accountability.
• Ensure teams deliver a high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Deliver operational and functional expertise during projects and new system implementations affecting the teams.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating policies, workflows, and controls.
• Monitor industry trends affecting deposit and digital products for relevance to the Bank.
• Continue product development and enhancements around the bank’s deposit and digital product offerings.
• Partner with other areas to foster collaboration in processes and systems.
• Build strong working relationships with functional leaders to advance the strategic plan for deposits and digital banking.
• Develop and report key team productivity and service metrics; adjust staffing as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulations.
• Provide coaching and development support to strengthen performance and engagement.
• Lead the identification and resolution of service and operational issues; coordinate across departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
