Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum 5 years in an operational environment at a financial institution.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of bank products, services, and core banking systems.
