Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science or AI research, ideally in a top applied research org.
• Deep expertise in modern AI/ML, LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval systems.
• Proven ability to turn data insights into product improvements with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for AI and data science across products.
• Be hands-on, contributing code and experiments while guiding the team.
• Grow the team and ensure we have the right talent across geographies.
• Act as a spokesperson and collaborate with product, eng, and GTM teams.
• Publish thought leadership and engage with customers and industry.
