Vice President of DATA ENGINEERING

Leads and manages a team of data science professionals, collaborating with stakeholders and the practice lead on data-based initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide vision and direction for the data science team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities that align with the company's goals.
  • Develop and execute the data science roadmap, ensuring the application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques to extract valuable insights from complex and diverse data sets.
  • Establish and maintain industry-leading practices for data governance, data quality, and data privacy.
  • Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, fostering collaboration and innovation, and leveraging data to create competitive differentiation and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science Practice lead regarding initiatives that require more resource-intensive modeling and automation.
