PHM is a leading health media agency in the US seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead a team of directors, managers, and analysts. You will oversee cross-channel measurement, audience insights, and strategic innovation while driving client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Media leads to deliver outcomes, improve processes, and maintain PHM as a top health advertising partner. Expect leadership in analytics with a data-driven, growth-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, or related field is required or preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced analytics and insights for client deliverables, ensuring methodological rigor and scope adherence.
• Lead client engagements, including performance reviews, business updates, and reporting.
• Oversee reporting materials, case studies, and data-driven storytelling for internal and external partners.
• Find opportunities to address client needs and foster revenue growth.
• Empower BI leads to deliver comprehensive, data-driven proposals and insights.
