Job summary

PHM, the leading health media agency in the US, seeks a Senior Vice President, Client Lead to guide strategic direction and drive growth for top client portfolios. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape media strategy, and strengthen senior client relationships across marketing and business functions.

You will influence multi-channel media initiatives, expand organic growth opportunities, and ensure operational excellence while representing PHM with credibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related field.
• Strong executive presence and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary client teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic advisor and primary agency leader for senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships across marketing, media, and broader business functions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, brand priorities, customer audiences, competitive landscape, and evolving market dynamics.
• Shape client marketing and media priorities and translate business objectives into clear strategic direction for agency teams.
• Own the overall media strategy, approach, and vision across assigned accounts.
• Lead senior-level client engagements, strategic presentations, business reviews, and key agency/client meetings.
