Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on analytical solution development in financial services or consulting.
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Engineering, Math).

Responsibilities

• Developing data solutions to support business reviews and decision forums.
• Design AI-enabled decision-support solutions leveraging ML, analytics and generative AI to improve portfolio prioritization and governance.
• Leverage visualization tools to build dashboards for leadership and IP stakeholders.
• Partner with technology, product, risk and controls to ensure AI reporting with human review and data controls.
• Define reusable analytics patterns, metrics definitions and reporting standards for scalable insights.
• Work with stakeholders on requirements for key metrics, data sourcing, visualization and publishing.
• Independently manage multiple efforts across domains.
