Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive CE Care across multiple channels, including a 40+ BPO network and future spare parts logistics. You will coordinate with SEA Care and CE Sales to advance AI-driven service across product lines.

Role requires leading large teams, shaping long-range strategies and maintaining high-level relationships with retailers, partners, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 20 years of experience in service industry.
• Deep knowledge of CE service business including repair network management and client relationships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and leading large teams to meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead CE Care strategies, including repair network, care awareness, process innovation and partner strategy.
• Manage merit, MBO, hiring, and organizational development for CE Care.
• Drive world-class service delivery across 40+ BPOs and expand to CE spare parts logistics.
• Collaborate with SEA Care, CE Sales and Samsung HQ on AI and innovation initiatives.
• Act as escalation point for retailers, B2B customers, BE’s, ASC’s and CE Sales teams.
• Prepare Readiness processes for new product introductions and services.
