Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to steer strategic planning, capital allocation, and portfolio analysis across M&A, divestitures, and grass roots opportunities. The role combines financial modeling with technical evaluation and cross-functional leadership.

Based in Houston with a hybrid schedule, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through due diligence, develop decision-ready materials for the Board, and advance AI-enabled tools to speed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7–15 years in upstream oil and gas, incl. investment banking/private equity/corporate development/M&A.
• 3–5 years leading multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of strategic planning with portfolio analysis to prioritize M&A, divestitures, and grass roots opportunities.
• Perform screening-level economic evaluations of inbound opportunities including acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Rank opportunities against portfolio metrics and present prioritization to leadership and Board.
• Develop and present decision-ready materials for executive review.
• Build and adopt AI-enabled tools for portfolio analysis and rapid screening.
