Responsabilidades

• Manage two build divisions, track budgets, schedules, and margins.
• Own the handoff seam from estimating to field with signed buyouts.
• Protect margins by capturing change orders and avoiding profit fade.
• Build the leadership pipeline by developing Field Leaders and Coaches.
• Own safety through Field Leaders and Coaches.
• Set operating procedures, reporting rhythms, and dashboards.
