Kasper Electrical is seeking a Vice President of Operations to run all field operations across Residential, Commercial, Preconstruction, and Service. You will report directly to the CEO with full authority over crews, schedules, staffing, and job-level decisions.

You must have 10+ years in construction operations with electrical/MEP experience, plus a track record of developing leaders. The role emphasizes margin, safety, and scorecard-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction operations with electrical/MEP experience.
• Proven ability to develop foremen, supers, or PMs.
• Strong financial focus: WIP, margins, change orders, buysouts.
• Servant leader with integrity and strong character.

Responsibilities

• Manage three divisions (Residential, Commercial, Service) with budgets and margins.
• Deliver clean turnovers from estimating to the field with signed buyouts.
• Protect margins and capture service billables without discounts.
• Build leadership through Field Leaders, Coaches, and foremen.
• Own safety across construction and service with the team.
• Establish procedures, dashboards, and reporting rhythms.
• Grow the service department as a recurring revenue engine.
