Job summary

Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership across our Midwest ambulatory surgery centers portfolio. You will partner with ASC CEOs to drive operational excellence, financial performance, physician engagement, and leadership development across the network.

By establishing scalable operating frameworks and coaching center leaders, you will translate enterprise strategy into portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, including multi-site ASC oversight.
• Proven success in portfolio-level operational and financial performance with P&L ownership and EBITDA growth.
• Ability to coach operations leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with physicians, hospital systems, and governing boards to drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio performance across a growing ASC network, driving financial, operational, and quality results.
• Partner with ASC CEOs to own financial performance, operational execution, and long-term business results.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve EBITDA, revenue growth, and cost efficiency across the portfolio.
• Lead MORs, identify trends, and coach leaders with actionable improvement plans.
• Build scalable operating disciplines and data-driven insights to optimize staffing and resources.
