Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an Applied AI/ML Lead in Wilmington, DE to drive ML and GenAI projects within Consumer & Community Banking Tech. You will partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to shape intelligent fintech solutions for home lending and beyond.

Lead the design and deployment of cloud-native MLOps pipelines across AWS/Azure/GCP, oversee LLMs and AI agents, and build scalable monitoring, with a focus on reliability, performance, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MS/PhD in quantitative field (CS/Math/Data Science).
• 5+ years of ML and AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and OpenAI API integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/GenAI solutions for business goals.
