Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Engineering Lead VP to drive hands-on development of AI/ML solutions for Asset and Wealth Management.

You will lead architecture, implement lighthouse ML/LLM projects, and deploy inference services on AWS or Azure, collaborating with global teams and senior partners. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building production-grade AI systems, strong Python skills, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure data pipelines in a financial services

Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning and minimum 7 years of development experience, with at least 4 years on AI solutions.
• Experience using LLMs to solve business problems, including full workflow toolset such as tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Strong programming skills in Python and deep knowledge in data structures, algorithms, ML, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to perform independent end-to-end solution design with focus on scalable and secure architecture.
• Knowledge of data management, data model design, and real-time processing on SQL and NoSQL stores.
• Proven leadership capacity and ability to communicate with senior technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firmwide AI/ML teams, Business and Product Partners, and dispersed teams to drive alignment and accelerate adoption of AI capabilities.
• Hands-on architecture and implementation of lighthouse ML and LLM-powered solutions.
• Design and deploy scalable data processing pipelines and model inference services.
• Develop and productionize high-quality ML models, services, and platforms.
• Deploy solutions into public cloud infrastructure.
