JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI/ML Lead Engineer Vice President to drive hands-on development of high-impact AI-powered business solutions in our Asset and Wealth Management AI Engineering team.

You will lead end-to-end ML/LLM initiatives, build scalable data pipelines, and deploy inference services on AWS or Azure. The role requires strong Python, deep ML knowledge, and proven leadership in delivering production-grade AI platforms for private banking clients.

Qualifications

• MS in CS, stats, math, or ML with 7+ years dev experience and 4+ years AI.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and AI workflow tools.
• Strong Python programming and knowledge of DS/algorithms/ML/IR/Stats.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions with scalable, secure architectures.
• Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (OpenSearch/Redis).
• Leadership and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with firmwide AI/ML teams, Business and Product Partners, and dispersed teams to drive alignment and adopt AI capabilities.
• Hands-on architecture and implementation of lighthouse ML and LLM-powered solutions.
• Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines and deploy model inference services.
• Experiment, develop, and productionize high-quality ML models, services, and platforms to deliver impact.
• Deploy solutions into public cloud infrastructure.
