Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; master's preferred.
• Ten years of management experience with BS degree or five years with MS degree.
• Anesthesia operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and optimizes anesthesia services operations across Covenant Health facilities.
• Develops long-range strategic plans to improve market presence and service quality.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to improve operating efficiency and care delivery.
• Oversees budgeting, payroll, retirement plans, insurance, credentialing, and financial reporting.
• Manages contracts with hospitals and third parties; liaises with physicians and administrators.
• Ensures professional relationships with patients, staff, surgeons, and community partners.
• Leading recruitment efforts with Talent and Acquisition; maintains personnel policies and evaluations.
• Maintains personnel records and coordinates contract negotiations with physicians and nurse anesthetists.
• Monitors utilization and workload of nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologists.

Education
