Job summary

Covenant Health Oncology Group is seeking a Vice President of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing practice across radiation, medical oncology, imaging, and inpatient infusion services. The role reports to Covenant Health System leadership and partners with medical leaders to advance care quality.

You will drive program quality, accreditation efforts, budgeting, staff development, and policy updates to elevate patient care across Covenant Cancer programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management required.
• 5 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• TN RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Implements standards of oncology nursing practice and reviews them regularly.
• Oversees quality and safety initiatives across the cancer program.
• Coordinates with medical leadership on nursing strategy and staffing.
• Manages budget and cost controls for patient care services.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission and CoC standards.
