Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading ambulatory access, contact center, scheduling, referral management, clinic operations, digital access, or related patient access functions.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide ambulatory access strategies.
• Expertise in ambulatory operations, including scheduling, referral management, contact center operations, patient registration, and access optimization.
• Experience leveraging analytics, performance metrics, and customer insights to improve access, experience, and operational outcomes.
• Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, accountability, and servant leadership.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and successfully implement strategic and operational initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen; strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for ambulatory access across Community Health Network and Community Physician Network.
• Ensure a consistent, patient-centered access experience that supports timely connection to care and efficient scheduling.
• Improve referral management, contact center performance, and standardized ambulatory front-end workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians, operations, regional leaders, finance, marketing, digital, quality, and technology to remove barriers to care.
