• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support mid-level teammates.

Responsibilities

• Pair-program tricky Goal Setting edge cases with engineers across Bellingham, WA
• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability
• Own the Computer Vision release that Bellingham leadership has circled on the calendar
• Map data flow across Marathon Petroleum's Azure ML services and spot the leaks
• Prototype rough dbt ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in Marathon Petroleum's stack
• Stress-test Tableau systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Bellingham, WA production without dropping the baton
• Keep the technology Reinforcement Learning service humming through Bellingham's holiday traffic surge
