RRD, a global leader in marketing and data analytics, seeks a strategic VP of AI & Software Engineering to transform our technology organization into an AI-native powerhouse. You will guide AI-driven engineering practices, platform modernization, and governance while aligning technology with business outcomes.

You will lead a distributed team, shape the AI strategy, and manage the engineering budget with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, CS, IS, Engineering, or related)
• 10–14 years of technical experience with 4–6 years in management
• Experience modernizing enterprise apps toward modular, API-first architectures
• Deep knowledge of AI software engineering and AI-assisted development
• Ability to tie technical milestones to financial outcomes and OpEx/CapEx management
• Proven leadership of geographically distributed teams
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Define AI-native software engineering practices and adoption across the lifecycle
• Lead AI-driven solutions and agentic applications that create business value
• Shape the engineering roadmap, governance, and financial stewardship
