Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a visionary VP, Customer Success to lead a cross-platform, AI-enabled transformation for TurboTax and Credit Karma. You will drive measurable business outcomes—retention, engagement, and lifetime value—across a high-growth consumer ecosystem.

You will report to the SVP of Customer Success, influence product roadmaps without owning them, and build a scalable, proactive CS engine that turns customer insights into revenue growth year-round.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in customer experience, product management, or both.
• Proven track record transforming consumer service organizations.
• Experience driving revenue and retention through customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end CX strategy for TurboTax and Credit Karma across platforms.
• Transform Credit Karma's CX organization including tooling and talent standards.
• Own CRM migration strategy and ensure better customer and frontline experiences.
• Build year-round consumer engagement using AI-assisted connections and personalized guidance.
• Establish a health framework with KPIs like NPS, CSAT, retention and early churn signals.
• Influence product roadmaps by translating customer insights into requirements.
