Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead a transformation across TurboTax and Credit Karma. The role focuses on building a proactive, AI-enabled CS engine that drives retention, lifetime value, and year-round revenue.

You will influence product roadmaps, shape the customer experience, and report to the SVP of Customer Success. You will oversee Credit Karma CX transformation and a CRM migration, aiming to deliver a better experience for customers and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in customer experience, product management, or a combination of both.
• Proven track record transforming consumer service organizations with new operating models and tooling.
• Ability to influence product roadmaps without direct ownership.
• Experience driving revenue and retention through customer success and CX outcomes.
• AI-enabled customer engagement experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CX strategy for TurboTax and Credit Karma across platforms.
• Transform Credit Karma's CX org, including operating model, tooling, and talent standards.
• Own CRM migration strategy and ensure improved customer/frontline experience.
• Build year-round engagement capabilities using AI-assisted guidance and proactive outreach.
• Develop a leading-indicator health framework across platforms for churn prevention.
