• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive advancement strategy aligned with Mercy High School’s mission.
• Serve as senior advisor to the President and Board on advancement and external relations.
• Lead long-range planning for campaigns, endowed funds, and annual fundraising programs.
• Oversee donor relations, alumni engagement, and community outreach initiatives.
• Manage advancement operations, budget, and compliance with ethical standards.
