Job summary

You will collaborate with MercyOne Foundation, Alumni, and leadership to ensure sustainable funding and strong donor stewardship while upholding the college's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Five+ years of progressive fundraising experience in a large advancement unit.
• CFRE certification preferred; capital campaign experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual growth strategy for fundraising, major gifts, and events.
• Develop donor research and cultivate a robust prospect pool.
• Manage a portfolio of major donors and coordinate President's engagements.
• Collaborate with Foundation and Alumni programs to maximize support.
