Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Vice President of Institutional Advancement to report to the President and guide Mercy College's philanthropy agenda. You will drive annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving while engaging the MercyOne Foundation and external partners to secure strategic funding.

You will supervise donor stewardship, alumni relations, and community engagement, translating priorities into campaigns, budgets, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Experience in large, complex advancement units.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual growth strategy for fundraising and donor responses.
• Manage a portfolio of major gifts and donor cultivation programs.
• Collaborate with board, alumni, and foundation partners.
