Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end US/Canada payroll delivery including taxes and statutory requirements.
• Design, document, and sustain a strong payroll risk and control framework.
• Lead North America payroll transformation with standardization and automation.
• Manage third-party providers against contracts, SLAs, and controls.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Technology and Risk leadership.
