Job summary
Simpson Strong-Tie in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Vice President – North America Finance to act as a strategic financial partner to the EVP North America and leadership team. You will evaluate investments, advise on footprint decisions, and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations across Operations, Sales, Manufacturing, and Division Finance.
You will lead cost governance, KPI development, and financial systems improvements, while coaching teams to enhance financial acumen
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strategic finance partner to senior leadership with influence across teams.
- Experience evaluating investments, ROI, cash flow, and margins.
- Ability to translate financial insights into action across multiple functions.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic financial partner to North America leadership.
- Evaluate investments related to operations footprint and growth.
- Develop and communicate forecasts, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Lead cost governance and improve financial systems and reporting.
