Job summary

Blue Hour Studios, affiliated with Horizon Media, seeks a VP of New Business Development to lead new client acquisition and shape the agency’s market position in social-first and creator-driven marketing.

You will drive a robust pipeline, manage RFPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win high-profile opportunities, while also guiding the agency’s growth strategy and industry leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in agency experience, with at least 8+ years in revenue-focused roles.
• Proven track record of building pipelines, closing major accounts, and scaling agency revenue.
• Deep knowledge of creator economy, influencer marketing, and social-first strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential new clients aligned with Blue Hour's core competencies.
• Lead outreach and relationship-building with prospective clients and holding company leadership.
• Own the RFP process, including proposal development, pitch strategy, and presentation leadership.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with platforms, creators, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling new business materials and pitch decks.
• Develop and articulate Blue Hour's market positioning around social-first strategy and creator partnerships.
• Own marketing and growth strategy including website, case studies, and PR efforts.
• Drive agency visibility through speaking opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead award submissions and entry strategy to elevate Blue Hour's market presence.
