You will lead net new business and own the marketing and positioning of Blue Hour's social-first capabilities in influencer marketing, content creation, and creator partnerships.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of agency experience (required) with 8+ years in new business development or related revenue-focused roles.
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and social-first marketing strategies.
• Expert understanding of creator platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and how creators shape brand narrative.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and identify potential new clients aligned with Blue Hour's core competencies, focusing on social-first and creator-driven strategies.
• Lead outreach and relationship-building with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Manage and build a robust new business pipeline; qualify opportunities and assess financial viability.
• Own the RFP process, including proposal development, pitch strategy, and presentation leadership for major opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with platforms, creators, and industry partners.
