Alector Inc. invites a senior clinical development leader to spearhead the AL137 Phase 1 program and guide decision-making with medical judgment and translational insight. This role partners across operations, safety, regulatory, and biometrics to shape early development and inform later-stage plans.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in biotech/pharma, strong expertise in neurodegenerative programs, and a track record of regulatory interactions and data-driven leadership.

Competenze

• MD or PhD in Neuroscience, Neurobiology, or equivalent field required.
• 10+ years leading clinical development in biotech/pharma; early development experience essential.
• Subject matter authority on Alzheimer's disease and related neurodegenerative programs.
• Experience with neurodegenerative drug development and trial design.
• Strong regulatory submission experience and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide clinical leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead clinical development strategy for AL137 through Phase 1 and contribute to later stages.
• Provide medical leadership for protocol design, safety considerations, and data review.
• Serve as internal clinical voice to enable decisions and interactions with regulators.
• Bridge biometrics, translational medicine, safety, and regulatory in decision making.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to accelerate data analysis and decisions.
