Qualifications

• 12+ years in health care with provider network management/contracting.
• 10+ years in senior network operations roles.
• 7+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace reimbursement.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive strategy development and financial performance for the network function.
• Develops provider network and contract strategies across specialties and geographies.
• Directs the preparation and negotiation of provider contracts with hospitals, physicians, IPAs and other providers.
• Oversees contract management processes and template configurations (QNXT) for compliance.
• Leads a high-performing team, driving collaboration and staff development.
• Ensures data-driven decisions and regulatory compliance across the network program.
